BayoCle Investment cc is a business owned by Clence

Kavetuna and Mbayoroka Tjizepa. The business was officially registered in 2006 and has been growing daily ever since. We managed to speak with the duo, who gave us valuable insight, which we now present to you.

HOW WAS THE BUSINESS
1 ESTABLISHED?

Our fathers planted the first seeds of business desire in us, but what really motivates us is bringing positive change through good business initiatives. And being our own bosses.
2 WHAT DOES YOUR BUSINESS

ENTAIL?

Our business started with small tuck shops in Windhoek and surrounding areas like Groot Aub and Rehoboth. Those tuck shops have since evolved into reliable and consistent retail shops. Our retail and bar businesses run all the way to Okakarara and up to a small village known as Okangoho. Our collective business practices include import and export services, company registrations, farming, construction, event planning, cleaning services, smart cash loans and capacity building through our various in-house consultancies.

the keys to our own business means the world to us. This is exactly where we wanted to be! We provide our community with a high standard of service and products on a consistent and reliable basis. So for the community to have such reliable sources of their daily needs is a big plus.

HOW DO YOU PLOUGH BACK IN THE
4 COMMUNITY AND THE SOCIETY?

BayoCle have a good track record of giving back to the community. The latest was the sponsorship we gave to
NBC Otjiherero Radio to be able to broadcast the FIFA

World Cup live to those people who do not own a TV, especially those in the villages. Other sponsorships include netball and soccer tournaments on a yearly basis. Upcoming artists, DJs and presenters – BayoCle is always willing to invest/sponsor a worthy cause.

Our main challenge came from keeping full-time jobs and managing an upcoming business, especially those out of town. We also had a challenge of getting the right employees on board who have the required capacity, are reliable, and can keep up with the sort of standards we expect.
