NAMFISA Graduate Development Programme


NAMFISA is an equal opportunity employer that seeks to source, develop and accelerate top Namibian graduates from accredited institutions of higher learning to join the Graduate Development Programme in February 2025.

The programme aims to provide 8 (eight) graduates with an exciting opportunity over a specified period that will equip them with skills needed in the fields or disciplines relevant to NAMFISA’s operations.

Furthermore, the programme aims to develop high performing graduates into critical roles and diversify the pool of human capital for the national and international labour market. The scope of the programme will include rotational assignments within and across business units with an appointed coach to support, mentor and supervise the graduate. Learning experiences will take on a combination of on-the-job training, formal training and professional development.

Requirements

  • Namibian Citizenship.
  • Proven track record of consistent outstanding academic achievements at an accredited tertiary institution with a minimum aggregate score of 70%.
  • Must have graduated or graduate between 2022 and 2024.
  • Willingness to commit to a 1 to 3 year employment agreement.
